"The pizza was good. But the chicken parm was not fresh tasted microwaved from a refrigerated pre cooked choped up cutlet. I had a chicken parm hero. Not sure why a restaurant would pre cook, microwave then bake to melt cheese. Mario, contact me and I will show you a method of pan frying meat the way it should be, melt the cheese and toast the bread. This way a customer gets fresh cooked food."

"Open table did nothing for our reservation. I reserved early in the day, and had an email confirming that we would indeed have a table ready at 6pm in Buffalo wild wings. Well. That was not the case. We arrived at 6pm, the table of ten and was told we all had to wait ten minutes for our table to be set up. Not only did we wait for our table, but it took forever just to get drinks. I get it is busy there, but still. We all ordered food and that took forever. That was okay, but it two out of the party of ten got their food before others, so we all had to sit and watch them eat. The whole situation took about thrzz hours, when most restaurants people are in and out in an hour and a half."

"My family and I came on Monday, 16th. May here. This was our first time in this place. It was a weekday, so it wasn't busy. We weren't greeted when I just saw that maybe three people work here. After we noticed we were sitting fast. Our server Valeria was wonderful! I think she was the only one that worked the tables, and she did a great job on it. Very attentive, friendly, professional and has a sense of humor. It was a pleasure to have them as a server. It makes you welcome and comfortable. The food was great not to mention. I knocked a star for missing servers. Apart from that, it was a good experience."

"For the first time today came here a few minutes after 4:00, and my partner and I sat right away. Our server, Kimora, was very sweet and helpful. And their Happy Hour Specials were fantastic! $2.99 for a glass of her house wine (red, white, or rose) I'm back $2.99 for a full glass!! I was grounded and it was quite good wine! We started with the traditional wings and they were perfect! We drove with the fish tacos and the chicken sandwich, both from this world, so delicious! I recommend the truffles! We finished with the Elephant Ice cream cream Sundae and whoa so delicious and the ice cream tasted homemade! We will definitely return when we are back on the west side of the middle! Good meal and service!"

"We are here on 4/29/17 It was a last minute decision and the place was packed you realized that my best friend was married in a few hours and they wanted to be apart to make their day! We then realized that they had peanuts all over the place... no big thing normally, but their daughter has a SEVERE ground allergy Most places roll their eyes when she raises worries and questions, but the staff here went beyond and beyond to make sure that my God daughter food would not be contaminated ...Even went so far and had the chefs change their gloves when they were dealing with their order. "If I could give zero stars. The parmesan wings tasted stale. We got cheese and bacon on the fries, which was 3.50 extra and it was rancid. I had to spit it out, and the taste stayed in my mouth. "The service at this restaurant was terrible. When I called to place a pick-up order, I was informed that the item I wanted could only be ordered online. I placed an order online for a specialty burger, but received a double cheeseburger with BBQ sauce instead. When I went back to the store to have my order corrected, the owner refused to do so and suggested I contact DoorDash since that was how I placed my order. Despite being told to place my order online, the owner insisted that my order was correct and refused to admit their mistake. I found this experience to be very rude and unprofessional, and I will not be patronizing this establishment again."

"I recently went to the location on Jett Ferry Rd in Sandy Springs, GA. The sales rep at the counter took my order and then tells me my card is declined. He proceeded to the next register and stated my card was declined again. He asked what kind is card? I informed him it was a visa gift card. It was Wednesday December 28, 2022. I went back today to all to speak to a manager but the same guy was at the counter and did not want to provide me any details. I asked him to see the security footage for that day and he started laughing. I want my money back. This employee as he identified himself was rude and unconcerned that this may have my last resort at a late lunch. He could have reviewed the footage to see he did not provide my order but swiped my card twice a meal I never received."
