"I have believed a burrito and or tacos, in the area there is a restriction on good authentic Mexican foods at reasonable prices. I have a Burrito de asada (Steak) and it wasn't as good as I thought it was. I also ordered hardshell chicken tacos that were really much better than the Burrito. The tacos were filled with meat, salad, tomatoes and cheese. The food is also served with chips, I liked that they did, bit the chips were somehow still. There are definitely better places out there that serve this kind of food, but hey, if you eat and enjoy it, this place will do something justice."

Love this place. Kids friendly and the staff are awesome. I usually order 4 mini taco combo (with 2 chicken and 2 carnitas tacos . After lunch here, I usually go up to Backdoor Bakery across the street for Some yummies.

The power burrito was good. The hard tacos sucked very plain. The mild green salsa needed something but it was okay. The hot green with bits of orange salsa was delicious. The service was great. This definitely not authentic Mexican food

For the first time at the Burrito Factory. Each of us had the dry burritos with an order of guacamole and chips. Very good they enjoyed a lot. Go back and try different menu items. The staff was very friendly and took care of us in time. paved parking.

"Fantastic service and greetings from employees and servers. Great chicken quesadilla! I added black beans (for an additional dollar) that it super delish. Fresh guacamole came with it. Free chips and salsa included at the beginning of the meal. Nice atmosphere. Small bathroom with a sink, two stands. I'm going back to this restaurant!"

"Used to have the best portion with lunch specials. Has been at least 1 yr and went for the special. The older lady didn't even know how to use the computer. Or even understand what I was saying, which is fine because it's kind of always been like that. But at least they gave a good portion and the daughter was always so nice. Now currently, the portion is half and the meat doesn't have that nice taste it used to have. The packaging is very different and smaller. It's very sad to see. I will never go back again, because why support a business that cannot be consistent after 10 yrs...........wow"

"Excellent food, charming atmosphere! You'll love this hidden little jewel. The service is great, the food is great, the prices are very reasonable and the lovely little stands are ideal for a romantic dinner for two. We were a foursome and found a little crowded. Sit on a table next time. Come back. There were too many things on the menu we wanted to order! I had the Forelle Almandine? the best I ever had! The sauce should die. The place is difficult to find, but it is worth checking."

"Great little place with friendly staff. I also enjoyed the carrot cake cupcake (the icing was a bit hard for my taste... a southern boy). Friend got the breakfast Burrito and wait it was incredible. If I'm in the area and need a coffee (which was great), I'll definitely look by."

"As much as I wanted to keep it 5 stars, I'm really sad that I have to rate it like this. Don't get me wrong. The food is amazing! This michelada was delicious. But this last experience was just not what I expected. Our waiter which I honestly don't know his name, either was not in the mood or this is just his mood towards certain people. Do I want to be spoiled while I'm having dinner at a restaurant? Yeah sorta but we as in my husband, my child, and I we're being ignored while the customers behind and it front of us were catered as in asking if anything was ok, did they needed refills on their drinks. We literally had to be asking him for refills and the attitude was rude to be honest. Will I go back? Probably not at this point because I just don't want to be feeling ignored while I'm pretty much the same type of customer as any of their regular customers that usually go there on a regular basis."
