Cannonball Cafe - Speisekarte

It's kinda expensive but like, same price as nice cafes in Cambridge/Somerville. $10 for a Cannonball special breakfast sandwich which is a delicious knife and fork job of a sandwich. The house made pop tarts are the thing I came here for and they did not disappoint! (It's how I discovered the place to begin with) They're amazing. The crust is just perfect and buttery. I don't even like strawberry pop tarts but these don't even count as pop tarts except for looking like them.

This is one of my favorite cafés. The coffee selection for hot and iced options are great. The pastry is amazing and there is always something new to try.I enjoy bringing my laptop to get some work done when I want to get out of the house and can also take my kids on the weekend for a sweet treat. The staff are kind and always have a suggestion when I can't pick which coffee I want. In the summer, there is a patio to hang out on and it is dog friendly.The marshmallow krispy, cinnamon buns, black and white cookie, and Red Line smoothies are some of my favorite orders.Kid-friendliness: There are kid-friendly menu items. I take my small children there often.

Went at opening and it was empty. Plenty of street parking. There are a bunch of tables outside with a photo op wall. But if you prefer to hide from Boston's winter, there is also seating inside.I got the blackberry jasmine matcha from the special drinks menu. The matcha froth was nice, but the blackberry taste was a bit too subtle. I liked the drink overall, though.For food, I got the brie pepper toast and cinnamon bun. I liked the different flavors and textures of the brie pepper toast: the creaminess of the brie, the sweetness of the jam, and a kick from the pepper. The arugula also added a nice finish. But my toast tasted a bit stale. The cinnamon was pretty good.Overall, I was satisfied...
