"WORST Capriotti is here! This place gives the whole chain a bad name. $60 to 4 subs. My 1 Italian, they think they just made me a salad sandwich. Very disappointed, where is the meat? I called and the superior said they'd reimburse me for the sandwich. Unfortunately, they ruined the desire for a sub. Isn't it gonna eat again?

I don't want to pay. $23 for a big sub, IF had it quality ingredients. Bit in 3 bones and it was 84% dried out dark meat. Disgusting. We live too far away or I would have taken it back. Send them an email with pictures so they can see. In addition, they do not take phone in or online orders. I'm not back. Looks like many people complained, so I guess they don't read these reviews to improve their business.

I'm sitting here waiting for an order that I ordered by phone that's out of the hook and has been over an hour. One of the famous sandwiches I wanted, and someone else who came after me wanted and we were told that it was NO MORE the CAPASTIMI MEAT. The store is open for 30 minutes and 3 more people are here.
