"On 2/24/22 around 7:00pm I went to the Greenbriar Captain D’s and I cannot believe how fresh and hot my food was compared to when I had went a couple of weeks ago. Once I received my food I pulled around to check the order and of course I tasted the okra and a piece of fish and it was so good I called in and told that crew, Thank you!!! Dear owner, you need to keep the crew that was working on 2/24/22 around 7pm. And to top that off every condiment that I asked for was in the bag!!! Again, THANK YOU!!!"

Seems like we only stopped in here about once a year these days. The food we always get is hot the orders always correct and service is good too. We appreciate it.

Terrible experience. I have already left an evaluation on the company website without success. I order two 3pc fish with okra and added 2 drinks. To summarize it, the fish was cold when we got it and okra was burned. Did not receive drinks and had to ask for them. Had to wait 15 minutes at the window, just to be terrible for my food and spent almost $30 for nothing. I had to literally throw away the food. Would not recommend this location.

I always get the Hush puppies along with the Jalapeno Poppers and Cheesesticks with Marinara sauce. The food is great, but the location aka atmosphere is ghetto in a hooded area of the plaster is also torn up. The service is slow because they almost always ask us to wait for our food, and that is when we order just like 3 things or less. So yes, deliciously prepared food, great tasting meals, just slow service sometimes and the environment is a bit ashy. But 5 out of 5 for the food.
