"Carmine's is a fantastic new restaurant in the Rosemont area that is definitely worth a visit. The food is delicious, with just the right amount of spices to please your palate. I had one of the best Italian sausage and pepper sandwiches of my life. If you're a seafood lover, you have to try their Linguini Pescatore. The dish is packed with juicy shrimp, calamari, and mussels, all cooked to perfection along with the linguine. Our server, Caitlin, added to our excellent experience at the restaurant. I originally planned to have pasta, but ended up ordering the steak instead and I'm so glad I did - it was excellent! The service was great and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

We met with friends tonight for dinner at Carmine. Everything was wonderful! My husband had the best rib special and I had the sea bass special. All right. Our server Jonathan was great! He made suggestions on the menu, was super attentive, and he even overheard the table about how it was my birthday and brought me Cannoli with a candle!

We went to dinner with friends tonight. I recommend you stop when you're in the area. It is a beautiful restaurant, with amazing service. Our server, Jonathan, was very friendly, gave excellent suggestions and checked us often. (My water never went empty) Everything came out quickly and was absolutely delicious!! We can't wait to go back!!
