"I read the reviews before I posted this. Carrabba's is always on my list of places to go to when a decision is made to go out to eat : Like Darin's review, this review covers the last couple of times I visited and I'll have to admit, service seems to have taken a hit the last time I went. My steak was raw and we really didn't see our server until we were done eating. The rest of my Trio was fine. (We also had another steak order and spaghetti and meatball order and that was fine That being said, I have always enjoyed Carrabba's, in fact, the previous time I went, service was slightly delayed and much to my surprise, we were not charged for the meal. We didn't complain about the wait at all....

I give 0 stars!! usually dine in but today we uber it, my husband ordered chicken parm with side soup, soup was missing not to big of deal but then the parm still had the paper from the cheese slice!! I call they said come get it today only(I’m home with the babies that why I Uber in the first place) or call uberfor refund!!! These no number for that! It’s just reall bad service and poor quality Im not that picky I’d just like my items without paper or plastic packaging melted in!! No thanks to kacey
