"Thanks Nick and the entire staff at Evviva Cucina. Had the meatball appetizer and the pappardelle pasta, both are amazing. The family had every personal pizza. That was great because each of them likes something completely different. Our daughter had the Margherita pizza with bacon, son had the pollen frito (a bbq chicken pizza), and woman had the pollen (a white pizza with chicken). Children had the Gelato for Dessert. The partner/owner Nick is interesting to see. I literally watched him get the garbage out, served food, coming tables from the kitchen, cheese for a customer, a table and much more in just 10 minutes time frame. Here's the interesting one. His employees did their jobs well. The best way I could describe how he worked is servant leadership. He sets the needs of others first and helps people develop and perform as high as possible."
