Stayed on hold just to see how long it would be? 35 mins and still going. Slowest service in ruston. Given many chances but never again. Chili’s needs to do better

Over the last year this place has really hit rock bottom. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat in town. Now I try to avoid it as much as possible. Last 4 times I’ve been it’s took over 45 minutes to get food and over 10 to get drinks. Maybe they will fix it soon

Our server was rude about having to refill drinks the first round. We were seated by the kitchen and could literally hear the staff cussing and complaining about scheduling and other things over the mysic and our own conversation. Definitely NOT kid friendly environment
