"You call this a BOWL of chili?! I paid almost $6 for this? It doesn’t even fill half the container. If you look it doesn’t even cover the bottom of my spoon. I used to work at Chili’s and I know this a total ripoff. Also 4oz is what I was told on the phone. 4oz doesn’t sound like a bowl to me. And all I was told when I called about it was “well we did it how we were supposed to” or “there’s nothing really I can do” ridiculous. Stayed on hold just to see how long it would be? 35 mins and still going. Slowest service in ruston. Given many chances but never again. Chili’s needs to do better

Over the last year this place has really hit rock bottom. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat in town. Now I try to avoid it as much as possible. Last 4 times I’ve been it’s took over 45 minutes to get food and over 10 to get drinks. Maybe they will fix it soon

Our server was rude about having to refill drinks the first round. We were seated by the kitchen and could literally hear the staff cussing and complaining about scheduling and other things over the mysic and our own conversation. Definitely NOT kid friendly environment
