"I gave this restaurant a 4 star review based on previous encounters. But this time we were disappointed. The pieces of vegetables are much too large for the bite size and one dish should be shrimp broccoli and others a chicken, they were both in a dark brown sauce and the chicken bites were the same size as the cashews. I think of chickens like a lighter sauce of what you would expect for beef, oh, correction, that should be shrimps. A lighter sauce for seafood, please. If you want customers back to diving in, would not be inviting anymore if the tables were set with table clothing and place settings?"

The first time. It was very impressed. The shrimp fried rice was excellent and fresh and the egg rolls and we had beef with string beans the sauce is excellent! Try it again!

I tried many Chinese restaurants and that's the best. In my experience, if a place has a good hot and sour soup, then the rest of the meal will also be good. This soup was great and so was the pig roasted rice, the kung pao chicken and the pig in plum sauce. And for those who wonder, there were several of us. I didn't eat it myself! This was my first time in China Village and definitely NOT my last.
