"I ordered food through Eat Street and the food arrived missing an item. I called the location and they explained to me that there was nothing they could do and I would have to contact Eat Street. No offer to bring me the missing item, and no apology for the inconvenience. I contacted Eat Street but all they could do was refund me for the missing item.
