"This is possibly one of the worst Mexican food places in Bryan. I get that it’s family owned and most of the wait are of younger kids, but that is no excuse for the subpar service. I watched our waitress talking to another staff member, not bothering to do her job or check in the kitchen if the food was ready for the majority of the time we were there. Our food took an extraordinarily long time to come out, and part of the reason for that I suspect was that the waitress didn’t know it was ready. When the food came out, the plate was scalding hot but the food itself was warm. So either the enchiladas were not freshly made, or the plate sat under a heat lamp for 10 minutes due to the negligen...

In for lunch. Not very busy. EXCELLENT salsa. Lots of employees standing around doing nothing. Restaurant saying is, If you have time to lean, you have time to clean.

Cilantro is the best hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. Truly a hidden gem. Authentic Mexican food that's way better than any Mexican chain like on the border or gringos. Chicken poblano or fajita poblano is the BEST.

I had been there before, a while ago and decided to try it out again. This day we were sat in the back and there was trash all over the floor and under our table. Someone apologized for the mess after a big party. They could have sat us somewhere else or have us wait a little while they clean up our table. The food was ok.
