"We had driven by and has seen the place one night and grabbed a paper menu. Tonight we wanted Tacos and decided to try the 'new ' place. Long story short we are very glad we did. Chicken Tortilla Soup was ranked 'best in town ' by the wife and she is a Tortilla Soup Lover Daughter got Flautas and they were huge. Son and I split the Cilantro Paradilla(for 2) which is a huge pile of food. Sopapilla are legit and the real deal and tasty. We were very happy and we will be back. (Y) (Y)"

Food was best Mexican I've had in BCS. Service is good, attentive but not in a hovering kind of way. Certainly recommend them for those who like casual dining and great food!

I love Cilantro because their food is always fresh and hot.! Their margaritas are to die for, my favorite is the mango flavor. What I love most about Cilantro is often seeing the owners serving plates, drinks, or in the kitchen preparing the food! One of my favorite places to go!

Just had lunch here today with a very large group (around 60) and they did amazing! The service was awesome considering our size; the wait staff was very attentive. The food was out fast and everyone raved about their meals! This is probably going to be our new 'go-to ' place in Bryan!! Cannot recommend enough!

"My dish tasted really good but there were entirely to much calamari in it. I server started out with a bang but as time went on she was less and less attentive. Now I don’t need a server that checks on me a-lot but she would come by and see we needed water and then come back by and say oops I forgot your water or do the same when I ask for a lemon with my water. She just kept forgetting everything. Oh well maybe she had a bad day. Food: 4"

"I went to get some breakfast at around 10:15 am. As always Chick-fil-A was full. However, this time it seemed like they were struggling to keep up. I don’t know what was happening but closer to 10:30 am people came out from the back and started helping. Maybe it was shift change? I don’t know but eventually I got my food. I have been here a couple of times and it feels like sometimes they can’t keep up with people as much as the location in Texas Avenue. That’s the only reason it is 4 stars. Everything else tastes just as good."

"Great food with a great atmosphere! They had the best roasted mozzarella I ever had and a delicious $5 frozen watermelon Margerita! The make-your-own pizza was expensive (we ordered 7 toppings) but tasted really good and definitely had a lot of toppings we ordered! Large texture on the dough also! And I'm not a big fan of the burned parts signature to a wood-fired pizza, but I could pick up or remove these parts so I never noticed! The bread and the garlic oil were also great. Everything we ate (plus a little salt) was delicious."

"The food is totally worth the visit I was very impressed with the straightforward, yet unexpected deliciousness I experienced with my chicken parm. I was excited to enjoy some carbs and was disappointed not to receive any bread until we were over halfway done with our meal. There is a yummy olive oil and balsamic dipping dish, yet we had to ASK to receive any well after receiving our bread. The service was disappointing, but I do think this was isolated to our server, as others looked much more engaged and attentive to other parties."
