"I decided to go to Speedys and pickup a Chicken and Beef Taco Salad. I added some guacamole and chips and salsa. I wish they offered a smaller size guacamole for when you just want a scoop added to your taco salad and I think chips and salsa should be given with each food order like all other Mexican restaurants do. If my taco salad alone wasn’t $11 I would say that keeping cost down is why but that is a premium price for a chicken and been taco salad. I paid $20.99 for my salad, chips and salsa for one, guacamole and a large tea. At those prices I think you could afford to give the chips and salsa with the order. Please consider a smaller size or at least a cheaper price to add guacamole to the salad without having to buy a container of guacamole dip just to add it to the salad. Most restaurants offer a 1oz to 2oz serving when you just want it added to your salad and charge .99 to $1.25 to add it to the salad. Other than that the food was great. I live and hour away and came there just to get a good taco salad. I went through the drive through and took my salad home."

"Decent food, but rude staff. I arrived early to pickup my order. I was advised it was ready which was fine. I noticed that of the desserts that I would get more bang for my buck my making another selection since it was the same price. One cashier was helping customers and the other was walking around. She walked back up and asked if I was picking up an order in which I replied yes. I saw her grab from the cooks what looked like my phone and when I was about to get her attention before grabbing my dessert she actually grabbed one that had been sitting out. Once she brought the bag to me I asked if I could exchange. She replied “it’s already in the bag, you couldn’t have said something before”. I let that go. As she was walking towards the other cashier she mumbled something under her breath and then the other cashier laughed. When leaving I advised her to learn how to treat her customers. I have had Uber Eats deliver my food before and this was the first time I went to the location. This will be my last time having their food."

"I ordered on the app I had to add my drinks to my order and pay separately for them. The sweet was sour and when I got there I had to sit in the drive through for over 20 minutes after my food was ready and when I got to the speaker they told me that noorders were sent to them from the app and when they found them the employee said I missed your t because and I quote her I wasnot paying attention so my order was around $21.00 dollars I am guessing that's for the time I had to wate for my 2 12 piecemeals and my $6.00 dollar sour sweet teas"

"Sign says 24 hours but they are always closed between 2am and 4am. Too bad the true hard working people can 't stop and get a meal on the way home but the fast food industry workers want $15 an hour. Update: 7/16/22.. Pulled up at 3am and they said theywere closed. Change your sign, change your website, change your staff or change your owner/management. I will constantly leavea bad review when I receive bad service. I will edit your hours and every option I have to give you a negative review tillsomeone steps up to do the right thing.. Which should be to close this location till the owner understands the customer isalways right. This is by far the worst McDonald 's I 've ever been to and as far as I 'm concerned, Hueytown and surrounding areaswould benefit from the closing of this location. If I could give negative stars, I would. Update: 11/13/22.. nothing changedexcept the orange cones in BOTH drive through lanes to indicate they are closed. Seriously, close this location permanently asno one wants to work. I 'd rather visit the off name brand in Russia than to attempt to give this location another chance.Corporate greed at its true finest. McDonald 's, you Seriously got a lot of explaining to do when it comes to who can open afranchise. I guess the new normal is keeping a sign that says open 24 hours a day and closing for a few hours. Take notesfrom Blockbuster, at least they knew their demise was coming and jumped ship before it got nasty... And please, do not emailme, contact me or reply to this review. Every time I review, you reach out to me. Reach out to your franchisee and ask them whythey are giving you a bad name. Or better yet, audit this location and take it over. Do something besides just letting itcontinue to give you a bad name."
