Coleman's 9n Shady Rest

There were four in our party and we were astounded at the quality of the food and its preparation. We each ordered something different and each thought we had the best meal. And the cherry crisp dessert . . . wish we could have taken the whole thing with us to devour at the hotel. This place is really unbelievably good.

Very disappointed, I know they were busy but .. I called ahead to ask if we could fit 5 people my kids were taking me out on fathers day out I picked the place rather than another place I picked it. We ordered at 11:30 a.m i got a shake ,adult kids got soda. No one ever came back after that to our table. folks all over restaurant mad and yelling at no food being served ,we left at 2:00 p.m. 2 and 1/2 half an hour later after we ordered. Now I'm home no fathers day meal . Everyone mad and hungry . The folks writing review's before must be friends and family from the area b.s. ing us all

The food was pretty good as far as a diner goes, and everything was going ok till I ask one of the servers for some milk shakes, after not seeing our server for 10+ min) and she looks up at me with a nasty face and tells me I only have chocolate and vanilla , so I ordered those for my wife and son. I also asked her for a cake that I talked to the other server about and she tell me it is not ready I say I talked to the girl and she was going to finish making it, and she with that still nasty attitude) tells me I don 't see it in here so we don 't have it . Now I am in the industry and have been for a while, and I would never argue with my customer now tell them they were wrong. Side note the...
