"We have the waffle cone with the two milk-free options (pineapple and tahitian vanilla . I thought Ananaseis sounded strange, but it was surprisingly delicious! It was really delicious for milk-free. The workers were also very friendly. My only complaint was that the paper envelopes on the cone did not come easily, and it seemed to be a stain of something that looked like glue holding the paper on the waffle cone. I just broke this place and enjoyed the rest."

A classic Crossroads soft ice cream store with a surprisingly diverse menu. My caramel sun was delicious and my wife shaved over her Veggieburger. We heard that the fish tacos are good, but we didn't try them ourselves.

We love Dairy Korner! Great food, high quality ingredients and made fresh. My family of six loves everything. Large fish tacos with homemade mango salsa. Order online is a breeze and helps in timing hot foods. Or plan a bit to wait and enjoy sea breeze or dessert before dinner! Wonderful staff and owner!

Great ice made as you like it. You really have Vienna beef hot dogs. The new owner is great! The staff is lively and friendly and fast. Very clean. The prices are fair. I'm often back. I need more hot dogs. Like a proposal, the tinted windows in the front makes it hard to say whether they are open or not. The OPEN sign is hard to see from the street. They need something bold, bright, glittery eye that catches on the front to show that they are open.

"We met another couple here for a Valentines Day lunch. The hostess was very nice, advising us about street vs garage parking. We were parked in a 2 hour zone which she said would be ticketed if over the allotted time. The other couple arrived and we put in our drink and appetizer orders. The table shared a plate of deep fried crocodile bites (see photo). They were $9 and just okay, not flavorful or unique. They were searched with a little dish of what appeared to be thin ranch dressing which added a bit of flavor. I believe I had to ask for the drink menu and was surprised that it was limited and no prices were published. I supposed my surprise was because they had such a long and beautiful antique bar along one wall. They have an extended drink menu online, this one appeared to be more of a smaller Happy Hour menu. Everyone was happy with their drinks and the wine pour was generous. Maybe 7 or 8 ounces. We put our entrée orders in and they arrived in a reasonable time considering the place had gotten much busier. My blackened Snapper was perfect. My side was not what I expected, it was kind of a thin potato chowder dish but tasted fine. I was expecting some kind of potato casserole but evidently did not ask enough questions. Everyone seemed fine with what they had ordered. We had driven up from KC and planned on lingering a while over dessert. The waitress didn’t offer us any before presenting the check, which I thought was odd. We are obviously of retirement age, unlike other diners who appeared to be heading back to work after lunch. And it was Valentines Day… Anyway, I inquired about chicory coffee but it was not an offered menu item and asked for the dessert menu. She showed us the menu, I got coffee and the table shared a slice of bourbon pecan pie. The food was reasonably priced, and appropriate portions for the time of day. We probably won’t make the trip again, but might stop there if on our way to Omaha or points north."
