"We are locals who tried Dizzâs for the first time! The ambiance reminded me of an old speak eastâ¦ nothing fancy but quite unique. The starter with the vermouth and pate was a nice, quaint surprise! I ordered the chicken cordon bleu and my hubby ordered the duck! Both were uniquely prepared and tasty! The service was very good I forgot the young manâs name)! We will definitely be back. The only downside was the parking. We circled around Coast Highway to to three times looking for a spot with a reasonable walk. We almost canceled the reservation and came home but we were finally lucky enough to find one of the three spots in the back of the restaurant. We will definitely take the troll...

Great food, drinks and service. Resturant is a little out dated but overall great Resturant. Menu hasnât changed and prices are reasonable. Bathrooms seem to have a little sewer problem but nothing too bad.

I come here once a year and this year this restaurant seems to be struggling. They had maybe 4 or 5 tables on Sunday (Fathers day). This place used to be a jazzy joint, it seems a bit dilapidated now. The smell inside the restaurant and ambiance is rundown. The service is long as you might only have two people working. Sad to see this place going down.

"First time eating at this restaurant. The food was delicious. I would recommend the sea bass, scallops and double cut pork chops. The side of corn risotto, which had fresh corn in it, was another delicious dish. As the restaurant became more crowded, the noise level was higher and it became more difficult to carry on a conversation with people at the table."

"It's got to be one of the loudest restaurants in Orange County... the brick walls and the small tables make it very intimate and if you're into that type of a atmosphere it is great! I would recommend sitting at the bar... at least you can speak side by side and have a little conversation. But you will want to go here because the food is amazing... everything we tasted was fresh, high-quality, handmade and really delicious. Thinking back on the menu there are at least 12 things that I still have to go back and try. Think more red sauce southern Italian family-style then upscale northern and more refined dining."

"We were in surfing and sand for 4 nights and every morning we had a wonderful breakfast at Splashes! The Bannana French Toast was amazing and very full! The view of the sea was panoramic and one could feel the sea breeze. All servers and staff were very friendly and friendly. We celebrated our anniversary with them and Rigoberto made it a day to remember! I would highly recommend eating at Splashes Restaurant for every occasion!"

"This is a great seaside restaurant with excellent views of the water from both the tables outside and inside. While the views are excellent the food is excellent as well. I had Sea Bass and my wife had Lobster Bisque and both were delicious and prepared well. Our server, David, was attentive, knew all of the items on the menu in the most minute of details, and was very friendly. A non-food related bonus is that the hotel where the restaurant is located, Surf and Sand, has valet parking for restaurant guests. Parking is a challenge everywhere in Laguna Beach and the valet service made the dining experience much, much easier"
