The review is for the PRODUCT. I ordered an ice-cold decaf black coffee, and it tasted like chemicals. This isn't the first time I've experienced this. However, the staff is friendly and fantastic, and the location is always clean.

"We stopped at lunch in the area on a Sunday afternoon. It's been a few years. The experience was very beautiful. The history of this building from mid 1800 is beautifully accentuated with lots of natural wood and seemingly original handmade objects. The food was spectacular! My wife had a steak salad and couldn't stop it. Especially the steak itself and the onion straws above. I never have to try one, so they were so good. I had a chicken cheese steak wrap that was excellent and burst with savory taste. Beautiful selection of cocktails and on-tap beers. Our waitress was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, fast and competent. We will definitely not wait so long to return!"

"Waited 10 minutes for waitress to come get our drink order then waited another 25 or so minutes to come take our food order. Ordered 2 different burgers and a kids chicken fingers meal took little over 45 minutes to receive our food my husband's burger was completely wrong he order a California cheese burger with add of bacon and mayo the burger came with no cheese no bacon no mayo just with lettuce and tomato and it was very dry was second time there. First time was amazing food came out fast service was amazing. This second time was horrible waitress never came to check on us had to wait quiet awhile to get drink refills. Most likely will not be returning to this restaurant. I'm not one to leave reviews but the experience was not pleasant last night and it was not bizzy while we where there."

"Recently had dinner at the Bridge Inn which was highly recommended by friends. The food was very good. The negative Our Reservation for three was for 5:30, we arrived on time, had drinks, apps., dinner dessert. At 7, even though two people were not finished with their beers and still had dessert left, we were informed our table was needed for another reservation. It would have been professional for the server to let us know when we sat that we only had an hour and a half. That is a little short and certainly not abusive. Actually, they should have mentioned that when the reservation was made or post it on their web site. We most likely wold have only had a drink and app.had we known this prior. Highly unlikely we will ever return for this reason alone….$150.00 meal for two which btw, included a very generous tip, I’m sure will be appreciated elsewhere."

"I am a local... take you often....never have a friendly experience.... on Saturday evenings can You don't get hot food after 9 but business hours are up to 11....never was in a place that closes the grill 2 hours before closing time and I worked on pizza connections. Had many previous menu confusion.... tonight ordered top pizza and got cheese and was told that 's what I ordered.... I'm not one to complain, but working in a customer service industry, this place is a shame.... I won't protect it again and make others cautious when they're looking for a pizza...."
