"Once I found out years ago something they did when making their coffee I stopped going there but my husband went for the convenience being closer to us. Now he finally said never again! He bought me a blueberry muffin and an Iced coffee for asurprise. The muffin wasn't only way smaller than they used to be but it was all raw and wet on the bottom, definitely lookeduncooked on the bottom. I called and she told me sorry, her oven wasn't at the right temperature and to bring it back foranother one. I feel like family at this store. The only complaint I have is that there's way too much ice in the cup and not enough drink. I pay $5 for a large tea and get more than half of it in ice

Their manager is very rude. We called them regarding a missing item we paid for and instead of them addressing the issue and working something out she yelled at us and suddenly hung up. We?ve had many issues with her in the drive thru as well claimingwe needed to go all the way back in line in order to receive our coffee we were missing and she always has a rude attitude.
