"A must-have experience when visiting Stavanger. We had the 5-course sampling menu with wine and it was very good. The chefs have packed a lot of flavors preparing the fresh fish and they have carefully selected wines to go along with it that did just that and as a bonus was to our liking. However, the fish soup, that we read beforehand was one of their signature dishes, was unfortunately not very well seasoned. We both agreed that it lacked salt and pepper.
