"A must-have experience when visiting Stavanger. We had the 5-course sampling menu with wine and it was very good. The chefs have packed a lot of flavors preparing the fresh fish and they have carefully selected wines to go along with it that did just that and as a bonus was to our liking. However, the fish soup, that we read beforehand was one of their signature dishes, was unfortunately not very well seasoned. We both agreed that it lacked salt and pepper. And for me, it definitely could have packed some more punch. After we got the salt and pepper on the table this also became a good experience. Delicious food!! The fish soup is a must, Sarah our waiter was very knowledgeable and everything she recommended was so so delicious! This restaurant is definitely a must if you are in town. Will not regret it.
