"I have been wanting some menudo and I have tried different places. Their menudo was very good for less than $10 a bowl. After paying $19 for bad service at another location, I was very pleased with this restaurant. I will be going again now that I have found some great menudo at a reasonable price. The food is delicious, The service is friendly, and the prices are unbelievably reasonable!! The atmosphere is very casual. Menudo was on the weekend special, it was delicious! We made a special trip from Omaha to Lincoln speciality to go eat at El Chaparro!!

El Chapparo is an unassuming little restaurant, with AMAZING food. I got the grande burrito, and I’m still dreaming about it a week later, it was so good! They have delicious horchata, too.
