"I have been wanting some menudo and I have tried different places. Their menudo was very good for less than $10 a bowl. The food is delicious, The service is friendly, and the prices are unbelievably reasonable!! The atmosphere is very casual. Menudo was on the weekend special, it was delicious! We made a special trip from Omaha to Lincoln speciality to go eat at El Chaparro!!

El Chapparo is an unassuming little restaurant, with AMAZING food. I got the grande burrito, and I’m still dreaming about it a week later, it was so good! They have delicious horchata, too. I can’t wait to come back again soon! Parking: There’s a small parking lot on-site and plenty of free street parking
