"We just moved to this area, and we were SO EXCITED this place was still here after we visited 3 years ago. And I will say, the sushi was still amazing. But at lunch on a Friday, not only was it not busy, the service was terrible. And there were only maybe 6 tables being used. On top of that, the waitress over charged me on the lunch special and said it was because I chose a cheaper roll than the special. Yes, I chose a cheaper roll, so she charged me more....? The food wasn't worth the experience and honeslty the place could use a good cleaning and update. They did earn the 1 star for good food."

"Katerina's food is pretty good but their customer service isn't the best. They 100% do not provide everything you have paid for. Me and my coworkers have placed numerous orders and each time we either didn't receive the beverages or a portion of the platter is in correct or missing. These platters are supposed to come with specific food items and beverages. They need to do better. My last time ordering two days back no beverages or specified food item. Please CARE enough to DO Better by your customer. y"

"This restaurant is so far the best Alsham I visited! Everything about the restaurant is phenomenal from the cleanest dine in to Customer service was spot on, also amazing at their jobs. The chefs food was spot on, and absolutely delicious, Plated with care I can tell because the plate was neat. All the food was fresh and to mention that the kitchen looked so clean I had to leave a tip lol. "I ordered food to go online. It said 20 minutes. I live in the next city, so that's perfect. I'll be in 20 minutes. The girl tells me they don't have a sausage. So I choose another meat. So I had to wait 20 minutes. A simple call would have been estimated. My phone number is included on the order, I believe for this reason. Good and bad customer service goes far. I won't return. 40 minutes for a fast food order I ordered online is unacceptable."

"This place is right down the street from my house and I didn't know it had vegan options for over a year. The owner is vegan and he has a vegan section on the menu with a beyond burger and chicken sandwich. Some of the vegetarian items can be veganized. He has vegan cheese and also has Just Egg and told us he's getting vegan chorizo in next week to make vegan breakfast burritos. I'll definitely be back!"

"when we arrived, there was only another party in the restaurant, and the Indian music on the sound system was loud. but the waiter offered to turn off the music. we had first very good service, but then four other parties arrived, and it was hard to get the attention of the waiter because he treated all the tables of himself. at the end it worked out everything. the waiter was very nice and the food was delicious. we will definitely go back."
