"Seemed like they were overwhelmed by a couple of large groups. For some reason they were only allowing deep fried food at 9 pm. Fries were stone cold oven fries, way too much seasoning. Some fries were hard. House rub chicken fingers had an inordinate amount of seasoning. It was excessive and made them inedible. Barbecue fingers were drenched in sauce. They would would have been decent if they weren’t drowning in barbecue sauce. Jalapeño poppers were poor. Filled with cheese whiz. Wait staff were friendly. I recommend you visit Gin Mill or Slopeslide bar and bbq for homemade fresh food."

On a Tuesday night with less that 20 people in the bar it took 40 minutes to get 2 orders of chicken fingers and an appetizer. Servers were plastered. Couldn’t remember we had ordered an appetizer. It came out after out food and we said something. Truly terrible service.

Visited this pub during my holiday in November. We came back at our second visit because they have the best wings in the city and the best customer service! Max was our waiter last time and we were surprised to get him this visit too! He remembered us and stories that we discussed during our visit a few months ago! Great atmosphere!

After a long day of snowboarding, I and my friend picked up here and we decided to do the right thing. French onion soup is absolutely delicious and the wings were crispy with big blue cheese! Our waiter was Brad and he was so nice and friendly. Service was also super fast. The atmosphere makes you feel at home with your family. 100% recommend to everyone.

"I have very mixed opinions about this place. It was cozy, spacious, had extremely friendly staff, and overall the experience was very pleasant. The food was justflavorless but the execution and presentation of each meal was perfect?? The mushroom pizza tasted worse than Digiorno’s, the Caesar salad dressing tasted like lemon water, and the whipped ricotta was a small proportion with no oil, or any distinguishable flavor besides paste. I will say the Margarita Pizza was subtle but fine, crunchy thin crusty, and the potatoes with aioli were pretty taste, but overall just kind of a disappointment. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Recommended dishes: Patatas Bravas with an Egg and Bacon"

"This place was amazing. The food, drinks and atmosphere were perfect. Definitely casual and has a friendly atmosphere. It's full of locals, but you'll feel like one if you're not. The pizza and the southwest egg rolls had to die for this. In any case, you must visit a place of you in the area. I know I'm sure I'm back."

"My brother in law comes from Maryland to visit us in Toronto and has told me about this pizza joint. Tried it out on the way down and I am amazed by how good it is. I took the buffalo chicken pizza 8inch and I was hesitant since most times I feel places make it with a heavy hand but Monroe did a good job of balancing the flavors so each ingredient really came out well. Itll definitely be a staple of my annual drive down during the holidays. Great people great food can't get better than this."

"We had a reservation for a group of 10 during fall fest. Reasonably- they had a modified menu offered. The price points on everything is out of control, the spaghetti tasted like a school lunch, the Mac and cheese was extremely salty both uneaten. The $11 stuffed banana pepper was ONE pepper in a pool of spaghetti sauce. The waiter was good when he was around however clearly over sat because he didn’t even have time to check on the table and we spent hundreds of dollars on inedible food. Our reservation was not even sat all at one table- when we had made it weeks in advanced. You’d think at an average price point of $25-40 an entree we wouldn’t be sitting at a foldable table, in separate groups, with inedible food. I wouldn’t recommend anything."

"My girlfriend and I came in for dinner on Saturday night. We were told that there was a 10 to 15 minute wait the hostess took my phone number and said we would receive a text message. After waiting for a half an hour we checked back in to see what was going on. Nobody had a clue that I was even waiting for a table. Frustrated at that point we sat at the bar. The bartender started to take our order we were able to get our starters out and then just walked away in the middle of us ordering. Had to grab another bartender to finish our order but that took another 10 minutes and still nobody could confirm whether the first part of our order was put in or not. The appetizer and my girlfriends soup came out, there was soup all over the sides of the bowl it was a mess. Due to the delay in ordering our food came out much later, I ordered the English pub burger well done it came out red it looked raw. Drink glasses sat empty for most of our experience as the bartenders kept passing us to take care of people around us skipping over us each time. When I got my second glass of blueberry there was one blueberry in it the bartender said she was going to grab more but I never did and just started taking other peoples orders. Love the beer but don’t think I will ever be back to the restaurant again. Horrible experience not worth the money."
