"one of my favorite fast-food chains and this location in DeLand is great. there?s indoor seating, curbside pick-up, and 2 lanes for drive-through. as expected, the staff is super polite and friendly, the food is always good. i?ve worked with this location for catering orders too- always had a great experience in terms of the food itself and the order being correct, however, they?ve been late on a couple of occasions. regardless, i?d still recommend them for catering orders or just a quick, casual meal."

"The 3 stars is based on the cleanliness of the restaurant. It wasn't nasty, but I almost busted my butt on a greasy slippery floor. Our server was awesome. Very polite and attentive without being annoying. She earned the 22% tip. The food was good. It's not a James Beard quality eatery by any means. For a chain restaurant, it was above average."

"However, I did have one concern: Cheyenne added an extra fried chicken breast to my sandwich without me requesting it, which was a bit excessive and made the sandwich less enjoyable than it could have been. On the positive side, the restaurant was very clean, with several sanitation stations readily visible—two at the entrance and another near the restrooms. The volume of the music was just right, providing a pleasant atmosphere without being overwhelming. The dining area had no unpleasant odors, and the work area for the staff was tidy—a definite plus. The cleaning staff also deserves praise; the floors were spotless, and everything was orderly, with no clutter in sight. The men's restroom was impressively clean as well, with no unpleasant smells and well-stocked supplies, including soap, sanitizer, toilet paper, and paper towels. They even provided sanitary paper seat covers, which is something I rarely see in other places. Overall, I feel that this Denny's is well-managed and well-staffed. Kudos to the team for creating such a great dining experience!"
