"Couldn 't find any restaurants open as advertised. Sports Bucket said 7am breakfast on a Thurs morning but we pulled in at 10 am and they weren 't open-others were also pulling up. Sign read open at 11am. We looked for other restaurants that claimed to be open but they weren 't. Gingers was -had one server-was getting quite busy just as we arrived but this server was awesome! Our food was very good-I had an Omlette and my husband had scrambled eggs Steak and hash browns. Food came out fast and was hot. My omlette was fixed as I requested our server was there to check on us even though she was waiting 9 other tables at least plus ringing up customers and bussing tables. Would definitely reco...

Our tour bus made a pit stop in this mall parking lot, Ginger’s was recommended as an eatery. Typical diner atmosphere and menu. Service and food were excellent Ourtime was limited so we appreciated the quick turnaround. Highly recommended for breakfast or lunch. The omelets are huge!!

We had a little trouble finding the place. It’s actually located in the same mall with Sportmans Warehouse. The food was great and there was plenty of it. My husband had the hand breaded cod and I had the fried clams. Both had light and tasty batter which didn’t ruin the taste of the fish like some do. The owner was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I wish we would’ve had more time in Soldotna since her menu selections looked amazing.

I met several of my 'old ' work mates here. They serve breakfast all day, and as it turned out that what the four of us had at 1 pm. All of the choices were good and all prepared to perfection! I had the 2+2+2, which is 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, and choice of 2 meats. I had the bacon. I ordered my eggs over medium and they were cooked perfectly. My friends ordered various items including the biscuits and gravy which were great. Service was excellent and prices were low to mid-range Alaskan. Access is easy, particularly if you park on the far end of the mall from Safeway. Just inside the door.
