"this jewel is near my sister's house and we make it to our go to place when I visit nyc. it is great for take-away or a casual sit-down. at this weekend we had a vegan pecan cake, chinoa erdnussalat and a vegetarian soup. (not in this order). fresh salads were taken from the kitchen, as we decided our full order and everyone looked better than the last. their suppers are always delicious. the choices for non-dairy milk extend beyond the usual mandel milk to an excellent heel milk from the united kingdom, minor figures. the atmosphere is relaxed and there are always a few people sitting and chatting the time. delicious, fresh and creative sandwich shop. this is my place in blairstown. each item can be adapted for a vegan diet. there are even vegan desserts! I love this place!

what kind of place is that? that was amazing. especially the southwest tofu burrito (made vegan) and the vegan chocolate cake! the staff was friendly and accommodating. we will stop here every time we are in blairstown:

came over this cute little place when she came to new york from the poconos- great stop! we have the spicy Korean grilled tofu sandwich! so delicious- took a kombucha from the refrigerator and sat and ate. great and sweet caffe! restaurant next door offers waiting tables, caffe is more grab and go. coffee with alternative milk options and several other vegan options on the menu, plus two vegan specialties. also offer veganaise and cashew based mozzarella cheese to replace and make any sandwich vegan. very friendly staff and veg-knowing

"The cocktail hour featured various food stations, offering sliders, a pasta bar, a taco bar, and passed appetizers. My favorite was the pork belly and quail egg combination, while the burger and chicken cutlet sliders were also delicious. The cheese ravioli with vodka sauce was tasty, although the portion size was quite large. The taco bar had a wide selection of toppings to choose from. The salad course consisted of mixed field greens with poached pears, dried cranberries, carrot shavings, goat cheese, and candied walnuts in a honey Dijon balsamic vinaigrette. While the portion size was a bit small, the dish was overall enjoyable. For the main course, I chose the grilled filet mignon with a dark port wine reduction sauce. Although I suspect it was more of a tenderloin cut, the meat was cooked perfectly to a medium rare temperature and the sauce complemented it beautifully. However, the vegetables on the plate were undercooked. Overall, I had a positive experience at this venue and would consider returning in the future."
