"so sad that we still have to deal with ignorance in 2022. my man and I waited literally until this restaurant was opened. we went in and wanted to sit down from the waitress, but have forgotten something outside. we went back in a few minutes later and wanted to sit back, but. provided the owner or the manager (a blonde woman) turned us away. they then said that reservations were required and that there was a waiting list. remember the restaurant just opened and there were 3 parties already sitting and about 15 available tables. not only did she say that she told another story how they moved restaurants and such. say a few different ways not to let us eat as we were not caucasian. we are both senior employees for multi-million dollar companies and were looking for a good healthy farm to table food. I just showed her a few excuses. if they want to be racist, they are simply direct instead of coming out with several. this is just a stork reminder of the southern charm."

"So there's a lot of mixed reviews for this one, so your experience may vary. We came in as a party of five on Saturday night. The place was a little busy but we were fairly promptly seated. Service was slow but friendly (I would have to say they are probably people-light like everyone else is dealing with). Still friendly, which goes a long way with me.The menu is HUGE. You can see it on the site and of course in person, but there's a little bit of everything from everywhere Chinese to Mexican to Cajun Creole to Bar American. I think some of the reviews point to it needing to be a little more focused and I can't say I disagree.We got these little tempura pinwheels with cheese dip, which were strangely satisfying, as a chip/dip free appetite whet-er. You'll see what I mean.I didn't go seeking Tex-Mex, but it looked to be a safe bet from what I saw on the tables. I picked the Texas Rice, picture attached, as did another in my party. It was a little bland for me but still tasty and filling (more on that in a second). And the bland is readily addressed with some chili/chipotle powder as far as I'm concerned (I'll know at lunch tomorrow). I also had the guacamole/chips, which one or the other suffered from a lack of salt in my opinion but otherwise was well done. The avocado egg rolls were quite good, highly recommend.Serving size overkill. I appreciate getting more than I plan on but I couldn't eat half of what I was served. I got through my dinner portion and the rest is two lunches this week. For the main dishes at our table, everything was overly large. So we have sizable doggie bags. The doggie bags are not a complaint, but a restaurant needs to be profitable too and there's a lot going onto the table for not a huge price (if our service was typical).I would go here again, I would try these exact dishes again, and I'd be OK with trying a few other items based on my positive experience. "Service was great and the building is nice with a cool environment. Love the outside benches. I stopped by while passing through town with my friends and was not happy with food quality unlike we read in the reviews. Cheese fries had what looked like 2 pieces of sliced cheese on the fries(fries were alright otherwise) I got the dirty burger and although not bad, wasn't anything good or great like I read in the reviews before stopping by. The coleslaw was super finely shredded (maybe bottom of the container) and the chili was very much lacking(canned hot dog chili from the looks of it). Most of the ingredients for the food looks like and taste like stuff bought in a can. The Mac n cheese looked like noodles mixed with low quality cheese or mix, extremely greasy. There were 5 of us and maybe being from out of town we have different taste but we felt the food wasn't any higher than a 2 or 3/5."

"Starbucks recently came out and said that if anyone was even remotely for the Biblical description of marriage that is God created man and woman and God created marriage only for man and woman) then they didn't want the business of those people. No problem here. If anyone has ever studied the evolution of the starbucks logo over the years then anyone who was even remotely for anything of good or decency would never have traded large sums of cash for simple cups of coffee anyway."

"My husband and I were on our honeymoon. The attic was recommended to us as a good place to eat as we were in the area. This recommendation was on site. We got burgers and we could have eaten from a plate. He got the piece of lime cake and I got the cookie with the ice cream on top for dessert. Oh, my. He had to help me eat mine. Eric was our server and he was right at the top. Kudos to him. People started coming and it filled out. He worked inside and outside. We don't even feel neglected. Stop the good work. I'd like to go back to this area."
