"Went to hibachi express to celebrate our anniversary late. First off the lady taking the order had a snotty attitude, fine whatever maybe she isn 't having a great day, I 've been there. So I let that go. I ordered no onion in my plate, they wrote no onion on the box, so what do they do? Load it with onions. I call and make it known they messed up. Their response you ask? What do you want me to do about it? I spent decent money there and that 's how I 'm treated? Cool cool, I won 't be back. Great Customer service with a smile and a laugh. I prefer their hibachi food over others in the area, I believe it is because they don"t overcook and overseason. But you still owe me a white sauce! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

"Ordered ribs and brisket. The positives: Both were very tender, fork tender. The portion of meat was among the largest I 've ever received at a restaurant. The hot barbecue sauce was one of the best I 've found. The negatives: both the ribs and brisket had a slight smoke taste, it almost seemed like both had been partially smoked and partially steamed in the oven. The ribs had NO noticeable char marks that come from smoking. The brisket had that red smoke ring, but tasted more like a pot roast than smoked brisket. While you want some juice from the meat, the brisket had quite bit of very watery liquid which, again, leads me to believe the meat had been steamed as much as it had been smoked. Note: the brisket was not cut against the grain so it pulled off in large chunks. All in all, the experience was okay, but based on only one visit, I had the impression that with a little attention, this place could be a real jewel."

"after the first bowl of cherry cake the second bowl I randomly look more accurate and found pieces of tin foil in it. there is no idea how much I had eaten with the first dish and they did not seem so worried. I hope I'm not getting sick. will never go there again. we had to ask for tea refills and were only carved according to 1 piece."

"This restaurant is known for their food, however, their service leaves something to be desired. Upon ordering one single milkshake. I have been asked to pull up behind 3 other cars. Before that, they tried to upcharge me on a milkshake without asking which style I wanted. They just automatically charged me for the higher price of the two. Please Be aware of his tactic and some restaurants. I was high disappointed in the visit to restaurant tonight. Something needs to change."
