Let me explain, my mother asked for her to open the restroom nicely, as one should, this Julieta woman completely ignored her and started screaming at other coworkers explaining that orders come first and restrooms come last but also throwing indirects at my mother. I understand, orders should be completed within a certain amount of time, but a few seconds to press on a button to open the restroom wouldn’t make too much of a difference. I have come here on several occasions in the morning for my lunch and I am very satisfied with the service that is provided at this jacks . It’s always a clean and well kept up place overall . And the staff are very welcoming. I always see my favorite friendly staff . Keep up the good work .

Had a terrible experience at this JIB. Walked and asked to use the restroom first but the staff insisted that I must purchase something before I can use it with a stern look. So I paid for a $11 item. The restroom was a disgusting mess. Yuk! Came out to get my food and saw there was a big liquid spill in front of the soda dispenser. It was a risk hazard but wasn't being addressed timely. I enjoy eating at JIB but this location made me wanna stay far away from it for a while.
