"If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. Recently, my girlfriend ordered from this Jack in the Box location and attempted to pay with a valid coupon, but was denied. The reason given was that this location does not accept coupons. She reached out to management via email to discuss the situation and presented the coupon, but they refused a partial refund, stating that Jack in the Box has a no-refund policy. Although they initially claimed the voucher was valid at all locations, they ultimately admitted it was a mistake. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. My family and I will no longer be dining at Jack in the Box."

My car overheated because of the long wait, even though the place was empty. However, I usually find that lunch service from Monday to Friday is faster than it was that Saturday. I’m giving two stars because sometimes the staff doesn't seem to be very attentive.

I visited this restaurant at 3:00 PM and had a wonderful experience with a Hispanic lady at the drive-thru. She was incredibly polite and humble while taking my order. I really hope she receives a raise because there are not many exceptional employees like her out there. I appreciate when people are patient and don't rush you while you're deciding what to order.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches. At first glance, they looked appealing, but upon closer inspection, it was clear they had been sitting out for a while. Unfortunately, both sandwiches had a terrible, overpowering taste of greasy oil. It seemed like they had been cooked in old, reused oil, which left the patties with a very unpleasant flavor. The taste was so off-putting that I ended up throwing both sandwiches away.
