"We are huge fans of Turkish cuisine and have been visiting Kazan for decades. We've always enjoyed our meals there and last week was no exception. Excellent restaurant, excellent food, excellent service. Everyone is friendly, nice and welcoming. Ayham(sorry for the misspelling) is the best. Thank you for the wonderful dinner.

terrible service. not attentive service and arrogant impolite owner. I went there to eat with my wife and we had to ask for attention so that we could order. When I tried to complain to the Turkish manager who turned out to be owner, he told me arrogant that I must be patient like all others. this is the problem with people who have never heard of the old American slogan “The customer is always right” America is not the same sad.
