"We are huge fans of Turkish cuisine and have been visiting Kazan for decades. We've always enjoyed our meals there and last week was no exception. Typically, we come on a Friday or Saturday so we can enjoy the doner kebab. It was excellent, as it almost always is.The one area for improvement? Our sigara borek was not freshly prepared. At all of the Turkish restaurants in the area, the sigara borek typically come fresh, hot, and crispy right out of the fryer. But last week at Kazan, ours came just warm, old, and soggy. Excellent restaurant, excellent food, excellent service. Everyone is friendly, nice and welcoming. Ayham(sorry for the misspelling) is the best. Thank you for the wonderful dinner.

I had a wonderful birthday celebration here last night. The food was fantastic and the service exceptional. I’m so happy that I found this Turkish restaurant.Herkese çok teşekkür ederim!

terrible service. not attentive service and arrogant impolite owner. I went there to eat with my wife and we had to ask for attention so that we could order. When I tried to complain to the Turkish manager who turned out to be owner, he told me arrogant that I must be patient like all others. this is the problem with people who have never heard of the old American slogan “The customer is always right” America is not the same sad.
