"I ordered my food through Uber and to get home to hair being in it is a huge disappointment. I contacted the restaurant for a refund and they are refusing to do so. They manager claimed it was impossible for hair to be in the food and acted as if I was lying. I drove 45 mins to return the food and what do I find…you guessed it! Not a single worker wearing a hair net. The manager then proceeds to act as if he doesn’t understand that I am requesting my money back and then threatens to call the police.
