"Slim Chickens in Hot Springs is an awesome modern restaurant. The pricing is decent, and the food tastes wonderful. The staff is quite friendly and the service is excellent even during the lunch rush. I even tried their fried pickles, and they were so delicious!"

"As per usual our experience at Steinhaus was amazing. Except this time was different. We waited for over an hour for our food. Our waitress, God bless her, she was struggling. Could not suggest a good beer, was running all over the place, barely tended to us because we were hidden behind a column so we weren't able to really be seen when we did need something"

"We had a great meal 4/13/2023. The pork belly and grits appetizer could be an entrée it was so good. Since they opened, every time we come to Hot Springs, which is usually 2-3 times a year, we eat at least one dinner at the Vault. The food, the service, the ambiance is impeccable and only get better each time. I can't forget to mention the light up menus! We enjoy the changing menu items so there is always something different to try and the Chef's cheesecake is always a must. The head chef came to our table twice tonight to deliver some of our food and thank us for being there. Also, I want to mention the attentive staff. Not only our server but the others that came by to check on us. We always recommend to our friends and family when they are making a trip to Hot Springs as well. We will be back soon!"

"I am very happy they had a vegan option, that is so considerate, and their staff was nice and polite. They were following COVID protocols so I appreciated that. But the food was borderline inedible. My dog didn’t even want the fries. To be fair we were later picking up than we thought so the food had been sitting out for 15 minutes and I’m sure that didn’t help things. We were on the road and it was one of the few places open (apparently in the South everything closes at sundown). I think we’ll be buying groceries and cooking our own food while in Hot Springs."

"I 'm in tears as I write this. Let me begin by stating that I absolutely love Hungry Greek. I come here often because I absolutely love the food and particularly the fries. I have always had amazing and excellent service here and today just breaks my heart because I have never in my life been treated the way I was just treated. I couldn 't remember what it was called but they have a pita with hummus. They almost always overly fill them with lettuce onion and tomatoes so I asked for that pita with just a little less of the lettuce and tomatoes and a fry. The lady over the phone kept asking if I wanted chicken or yuro(spelling) I made it clear that I didn 't want meat and continued asking for hummus. She eventually got my order then rudely hung up. When I got there I was greeted by an old Caucasian blond haired lady that I thought I cleared my order with and she sounded just like the lady that answered the phone. They gave me my order and i left. I took a bite not one ounce of hummus. I went back and was met by the very kind young African American male that kindly listened to me and knew exactly what I was talking about. He closes the window and tried to fix it. She aggressively opens the window saying I 'm not doing this! And starts yelling at me. I advise her that she started off completely wrong. She wouldn 't allow me to speak and commences to interrupt and say, you know what I 'm going to give your money back and yells telling me to never come back. She gives me my money back. I hand her her food back and she says in a condescending tone I 'm sorry we couldn 't please you! I take my cash, she yells here 's your change. I drive away and she throws the change at my vehicle. My tears are also bc I couldn 't act worse than her and because I couldn 't behave as the old me. To the young Man that treated me fairly and with understanding, I thank you so much. I pray that God blesses you ten fold. I called back multiple times and they wouldn 't answer. When someone finally answered they hung up on me. I can 't believe this happened and I am still in shock. May God have mercy on you lady for the way you treated me. ."
