"We moved to Charleston 6 years ago and haven't had a chance to sightsee more of this beautiful state. So we headed south foe the dsy. We were very hungry and Beaufort had a shrimp festival with 1000's of people, we were not in the mood to deal with that at that moment, we decided to go a little further down and accidentally found this place! Our extended family always made a point on Dockside for large seafood when we stayed in Holden Beach. Loved the Calabash shrimps. Still the best I've eaten. 100% recommended. Family owned.

We were in town for the USMC department of my nephew. We went to Dockside for dinner. It was by far the best food I've ever eaten. I had the Dockside Dinner and everything was delicious. I've eaten crab legs and these were the best I've ever eaten. The atmosphere and the service were also excellent.

Our food was just wonderful. I'm ashamed to admit this, but we're so critical to restaurants because of the cost of eating... BUT our food was simply amazing and fresh. Our server was sweet and very attentive, but not about Hovering. We make the trip back from Savannah to Lady's Island at least once a month. It's worth your time.
