"petty business owners guidelines. I called to drag the men's vehicles at the end of business hours. the parking space was empty. Why tow people, what they don't have to do? I mean safe, busy times or midday safe. I understand. but at 8-9 o'clock or later? when they close at 9 o'clock. Come on. I never give leathero's pizza again. what a buzzing unpleasant guy. Update:Towed at about 8-8:30.Parked at 19:30 clock $250 to get her car from all american towing impound."

"Es war unser erstes Mal an dem Ort selbst ... wir gingen nur zum Brunch, um für einen Tag aus dem Haus zu kommen - es war einfach überhaupt nicht das, was wir erwartet hatten, denke ich? Wir dachten, es wäre ein eigenständiges Restaurant, aber es ist nur ein kleiner Abschnitt, der tatsächlich an das Casino angeschlossen ist ... Als wären die Automaten ein paar Meter von den Tischen entfernt. Es ist eher eine Art Frühstückssituation im Urlaub als ein legitimes Restaurant. Es ist für das Hotel und das Casino da, aber nichts, was ich empfehlen würde, wenn wir es aus einer Laune heraus tun würden, nur um zu essen. Das Essen war nichts Besonderes ... ein bisschen langweilig. Die Einrichtung und der Restaurantbereich sind sehr veraltet. Auch insgesamt nicht gründlich gereinigt, zum Beispiel gepflegt: Die Deckenplatten sind für den Austausch längst überfällig. Sie sind buchstäblich in allen Bereichen durch die Deckenschlitze grau-schwarz. Staub? Schimmel? Die großen Fenster und der Blick auf das Wasser waren schön ... und unsere Kellnerin war sehr freundlich! Wieder nur überhaupt nicht das, was wir uns vorgestellt hatten"

"Mediocre food. I gave this restaurant a don't like it vote, but I had to think hard before making that decision. While it wasn't terrible, it certainly was not great. I must say, I was disappointed by Rod N Reel. The view is nice, but the food was lacking. I had grilled Rockfish which was good, but the rice and veggies on the side were flavorless. Another person at our table had the mariner's platter (assortment of fried seafood) and it was very good, but the shrimp was pretty tough and dry. The crab soup was terrible. "The wait staff and floor management are consistently wonderful, and we’ve yet to have a bad meal here. We frequent Plaza almost every time we have guests in town. The only glaring blemish on their track record happened when we sat at the bar and were very rudely interacted with by the senior bottle-blonde behind the bar. At almost 30 years old with 7 of industry experience managing a bar venue, you’d think I’d be flattered by the assumption that I’m underage- however we were very loudly accused of having “fraudulent identification” (her exact words) after she made it a point to take our ID’s across the restaurant to three different managers for “verification purposes”. This was all before we could even place a food order, much less before there was even a mention of alcohol.We travel for a living and are both transplants to the MD area so we both have out of state ID’s that she clearly doesn’t know how to read. This is also a prominent military town, so one would guess they’d have ample knowledge with the variety of IDs they encounter.I’ve had my own experiences of protecting myself from the liability of serving minors, but her dramatic outburst and loud accusations in front the entire bar were in extremely poor taste and horribly embarrassing as regulars of the establishment.She is an incredibly lacking representative of the rest of our experience with the staff. I’m surprised she’s employed there in the first place."
