"We were pretty disappointed by our order. The Lemon Cupcake is just a butter cupcake with plain buttercream frosting and a dollop of lemon jelly on top. I was hoping for something with a strong lemon flavor, a nice mix of tart and sweet at the very least, lemon cake and lemon frosting, but all we got was an overly sweet plain cupcake dressed up to look like lemon. It wasnt good. All of the cakes were too dense and dry, both cupcakes and the German chocolate slice. German chocolate cake is my favorite, and I was so excited to try this. It was so disappointing. Sweet Potato and Peach Cobbler are both good. They are premade and felt very cold to the touch. Very generous sizing, each pie could feel at least 2 people. Same with the cobbler.

The chocolate cake cake was moist and everything but it was a little to much chocolate for me. I enjoyed the poundcake it was delicious reminded me of my moms. the bread pudding was also delicious I enjoyed it as well. I will definitely be telling my family and friends about Ma Smiths Dessert Cafe
