On March 19th, we tried the lobster bisque which was not hot enough and lacked sufficient lobster meat. However, the Madeline's Salad with grilled chicken was a generous portion, fresh, and well-seasoned. We appreciated the prompt service as we had a meeting to rush to. The waitress had a great attitude and attended to us efficiently. The warmth of the fireplace near our booth added a nice touch. On April 24th, we enjoyed the shaved parmesan cheese added to Madeline's Salad. There was an issue with being overcharged for the chicken breast added to our salads, but it was promptly resolved. I recently went to Madeline's for brunch and had a very unpleasant experience. My friends had organized a surprise baby shower for me, but we were extremely disappointed with the service we received. The food was average and the staff was rude and showed signs of racism. Despite seeing other large groups being well taken care of in the same area, our predominantly female minority group was ignored. I felt discriminated against and will not be returning to this restaurant. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. I gave them a second chance, but was met with the same poor service. "I?ve ordered pizza from Slice of Italy in the past and it was excellent. I ordered the large cheesesteak tonight for the first time and was blown away. "The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Our server, Alana, was very friendly. The salmon was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. We didn't feel rushed at all. A great addition was the live music on the patio. Shaun Lally was very entertaining. The music was at the perfect volume that allowed us to still have a nice conversation. It was a lovely evening to celebrate our anniversary!"

"Mom and pop shop making delicious meditteranian food. The customer service is stellar and they cater to special dietary needs. I am gluten free and they made sure there was no wheat in my food. Prices were extremely reasonable and the portions were generous."

"AWFUL experience! My wife and I hired Mike and Paese Mio to cater our wedding on October 26 and we were extremely disappointed. We were treated with utter disrespect, especially considering the was a large catering order, several hundred dollars, paid in advance. They were happy to take our money but were unprofessional, dishonest, disrespectful and nasty. When the food was delivered my wife and I didn’t realize that the $95 antipasto tray we ordered was missing. We were busy getting married so we didn’t notice the missing tray until later in the night. The serving spoons which were supposed to be included were also not delivered. I understand that mistakes happen and it honestly would not have been that big of a deal if Paese Mio had handled it professionally but unfortunately as soon as we brought it to their attention they became extremely rude and uncooperative, refusing to offer a refund or even an apology. They went so far as to accuse me of stealing from them for seeking a refund for the missing food. These people are seriously whacked and the way they handled the situation was completely unacceptable. When the woman I spoke to on the phone suggested that I come in if I wanted to talk to Mike and I explained that that wasn’t possible because we are from out of town (our wedding which we had hired them to cater was near the restaurant), she suggested that we shouldn’t have ordered from them. Well I can guarantee that neither I nor any of my family will ever order from Paese Mio again."

"This was our first time to this restaurant, and it definitely won?t be our last! The waitstaff treated us so well, and were so attentive and polite! They even acknowledged it was our anniversary and gave us a card, and extra special touches on our dessert. Nicole, our waitress, was lovely. The food was wonderful; from the appetizers to the dessert and coffee. We won?t hesitate to recommend this restaurant and will continue to come here for our special occasions."
