"We were a party of 7 people and it took forever to get our food! We did family style. For one example, when they did bring out refills, they only brought out one plate of 7 ravioli. Huh? We had 4 grown men with us. We asked for more and had to wait 10-15 minutes before more showed up. This happened each time. I'm guessing someone didn't show up because our server was running around. Service was very disappointing, but I still gave our server a very large tip because I was feeling generous on Black Friday. This is the first time I was disappointed in Maggiano's service. We were there for a Birthday celebration, everyone was helpful and accommodating. Our server Pepe was attentive and provided excellent service.

We had a newer server who forgot a couple of things but did rectify everything when pointed out. This was our wedding anniversary dinner, and in the past we were given two glasses of prosecco and a plate of Nonas cookies, but this time we were comped a piece of cheesecake after the fact. Not a big deal but not what we were expecting.

The good and the service were excellent as always. We are a bit disappointed with the way the left over food and take home pasta was handled. We had four couples at dinner. When we got home we realized that our food was mixed up. Nobody got the left food they planned to take home. Please ask your staff to be more careful in the future.

"Usually dine in the area. Capital grille, Ditkas, Devon’s all amazing. Dined here at redstone once before this time. Food was decent. Was in the area after shopping decided to give another try. Deserts were good and I typically do not eat sweets. Food as in main courses were meh again. I wouldn’t eat here again. Waitress was nice and attentive. Did the best she could. My plan was to tip her beyond the 20 percent just for effort and kindness. Gratuity was automatically taken because it was 5 of us. My husband and 3 kids. Thats fine it only took away from her tip I guess."

"this place is one of my favorite places of my family. they always have fresh in the season eating and a separate vegan menu. large selection of vegan option. hey have no vegan desserts, but the personal always offers me fresh fruit as alternative (and I prefer fresh fruit anyway) it is a higher end restaurant, but they get what they pay for the amazing food quality and fresh is. overall great place and would be highly recommended to go there."
