"This was the a WORST sushi I ever had in my entire life! Both sushi rolls were barely rolled, falling ap be I even tried to pick it up with chopsticks. The taste was horrendous. I actually spit it out. This is the first and LAST time I will order food from this horrible restaurant."

I love makoto, definitely one of the best places in town. The rice was a little uncooked today tho. Overall it was really good!

This is our third time ordering Makato by Door Dash delivery and all three meals were great. The shrimp teriyaki was flavorful and the rest followed specific instructions each time. Sushi and rolls were fresh and well portioned.

"The restaurant was very good as always. However, the hostess initially seated us at an undesirable table right by the entrance to the kitchen. We requested to be moved and were accommodated. We observed another couple being seated at the same table (after a different couple had declined), which should not be used for seating."

"Had dinner in Latino Flavor Grille tonight, what a hidden jewel! The food was phenomenal, presentation was fantastic, and the portions were plentiful. Had to roll me out! Lol. What a great job Carlos and Eloy do to expose Latino flames in our area. We recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a great mix of different Latin foods! "First visit to the Old Causeway last night. Arrived around 5:30pm and it was PACKED. The sign out front announced Happy Hour every day from 4-6 pm, so the crowd was understandable. Asked for a table for 4 and was told it would be around an hour and fifteen minute wait. Less than half that time later, we were seated, so I can't complain! Our server, Dawn, was super sweet and attentive. The food was top notch and the cocktail I ordered, Cherry Drop Martini, was luscious. Recommendations: BBQ Rib app, Andouille Sausage Grinder, and the Tri Tip Sandwich. Great all around spot. Can't wait to go back!"

"All the food was awesome! We started with the garlic rolls and marinara sauce- wow, they were great! Then we had the veal parm, which was one of the best I have had, perfect thickness of veal to breading, wonderfully seasoned topped with a good amount of fresh cheese and a huge portion, half of it went home with us. The chicken parm was equally as good. We also got the Bolognese which was awesome and rivaled what we have gotten in Italy, again with a portion that allowed for lunch the next day. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food came out in a timely manner."

"I would give this restaurant more stars if I could. I have been coming here for over 10 years and Nick and his wife are fantastic. This has always been my favorite place for good pizza since I grew up in Manahawkin, and I still love coming here. You guys are the best, I absolutely adore this place."
