It was a bit too thin, too, should be about 1.5 or even 2 inches, not one, and maybe that's why it was wayyy overcooked. I asked for medium rare, and got medium well, and well-done on the thinner parts of that frisbee. We had a wonderful supper at Max's. My duck and garlic potatoes were cooked to perfection. My companion was delighted with his choice, as well. The atmosphere was welcoming. There are gorgeous views from both the dining area and inn. Lizzy did amazing serving our table. Fabulous place to visit and to dine at. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
