"The red sauce here is the best I ever had in South Florida and can hold its own in Brooklyn too. The salad was real with nice mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, onions and carrots. The garlic toast was a welcome change from the typical garlic rolls found down here. The eggplant parmigiana with angel hair pasta was excellent especially with their killer gravy . The waitress was very nice and friendly. A solid 5 star local Italian Restaurant."

My wife and I both agree that Milano Italian Grill is our favorite pizza. We love their big cheese pizza. The crust is perfect and the pizza has a nice garlic taste. The pizza cook has a passion and is always very friendly.

I used to eat at Milano Italian Grill all the time when my grandmother lived in Kings Point. I haven't eaten here in years, but it's still how I remember. Today I placed a lunch order for a large pizza with half eggplant. My order was ready on time and the pizza was tasty! While the sauce had a heavier wine flavor than I remember, I really enjoyed it as it stands out from other pizza places.
