"I'm going to discuss this review by saying that I prefer to prepare Hibachi in a Japanese steakhouse. I don't usually order Hibachi Take-out style. That is, that was a positive experience. Apparently you sacrifice on quality compared to a traditional (more costly) hibachi, but the food quality was acceptable without being amazing. I ordered the Hibachi Steak and Teriyaki chicken combination (deformed). I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the steak was cooked as I (made good). It had great taste and was a plentiful amount. It was well paired with the spicy brown mustard I requested on the page. The Terriyaki chicken had a good taste, but the quality of the chicken was sponge and chewing....

Hibachi Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken are very good. Had the spicy tuna reel, but honestly, I think the Sam's club is better.

This review is based on a visit to lunch, Friday at 14:00. No waiting period, many seats and parking spaces are available. Great Hibachi food! I haven't tried the sushi yet. Very friendly staff, fair prices and large portions.

For employee upgrade day we did more than 100 individual jobs (with a 1 week notice of course). Everyone ordered something else with different sauces and etc. All orders were correct and everyone loved the food. The staff was very friendly and organized. The manager Romeo has incredibly helped us put this together. Would definitely recommend.

"The food was excellent. The dining area was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only problem was that the steak was a little small, but built up in taste. I was so full that I couldn't have done a bigger steak anyway. Everything was a great culinary experience."

"my family and I live 25 minutes away from the easley location. we ordered us here because I was in the opposite. we ordered the family meal for eight (8th) when I came home, we noticed that we were missing the half of the chicken that comes with the order. when my wife and I talked to the manager about making it right, I was told that he would give us a free chicken when we come back. the free plate of the huh he referred is not free, since it is actually the plate of the huh that was missing from our meal for which we have already paid. I'm pretty frustrated and disappointed by his answer to our problem, but I know that from all the time I have visited tropical grille throughout the years (various standorte,) I've never had a problem before."

"The fast food chicken at this restaurant is fantastic, especially the chicken sandwich which was delicious but a bit too thick! I would rate it 5 stars overall. However, the dining area could use some improvement as the garbage containers were overflowing and customers had to bag their own trash to stack up. The first floor was also messy with spilled drinks on the floor. It was busy and could have benefited from better cleanup and security measures. Despite these issues, this is still a great place to eat and I prefer this location over the one in Powdersville because it is more appealing."
