"The gardening and landscape are absolutely stunning. We wished we had arrived earlier to enjoy looking at everything. The food and service were nothing remarkable. There were a lot of hosts, but not enough wait staff. Maybe we just caught them on an off night? The drinks were very good and so were the ahi nachos (I will highly recommend these). The main course, however, was underwhelming. We both ordered the chef special, swordfish, and found it to be okay. The dessertsalso fell flat for us. We tried the pineapple upside-down cake and the floating islands, but found both to be just okay. The food is quality and the prices are reasonable, but we had higher expectations to be wowed by the food. It seemedlike they were short-staffed in some areas, so maybe we just had a lackluster experience as a result. It's worth coming here to see the gardens and staying for at least a cocktail and appetizer."
