"Everyone can make it. Very few can get the flavour just right. Now, being Scottish, I'm used to lean beef steak mince in a good lasagne. I think the mice in the lasagne at Gianni was pork, but you know, it didn't matter. The pasta was just right, the sauce was a combination of creamy and full of flavour and with the perfect combination of ingredients, I doubt I will order lasagne elsewhere for some time, for fear of being disappointed. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife team who are very friendly and helpful. Service is rapid too. Price is very good for such a high standard of food and service."
