"We had a reservation for lunch, and we were celebrating a bday. We approached the hostess stand to check in and we had our luggages. The guy led us to our seats but didn’t inform us we were going to go up stairs even after seeing us with our luggages. There were empty tables on the bottom so not sure why he made us carry our luggages up the stairs. He didn’t even say one word to us or apologized that there was no ramp or give us a heads up that we were going to have to carry our luggages up the stairs. Pretty inconsiderate of this staff member. Then he sat us at the smallest table, in between two tables that already were filled with people. Not sure where he expected us to put our luggages...

This was probably the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. We had to get up to refill our own water, the waiter, food runners, and even manager couldn't get the table numbers right when they did bring things, and we had to practically beg for our server to check on. The fooold was fine, despite being completely cold when it got to us. The kicker... No one cared. Eat here at your own risk.

Be prepared for mediocre food and service. Due to the busy lactation, and on a Friday night, we had to wait in a long line to see the host even though we had a reservation. We chose to eat outside which wasn’t as loud. Our server must have been busy as we saw her four times: drinks, order dinner, clear plates, check. A kitchen worker delivered our food: Teriyaki Steak Bowl and a Wedge Salad add steak. The steak had an “off” flavor on both dishes so we didn’t eat it. The server didn’t even ask if everything was alright as she cleared away nearly full plates of food. We had a poor dining experience. I hope it was just an off night for Off The Strip.

"Loved the atmosphere, the attention to detail and service we received. Wasn't overly impressed with the food. I had steak tail, it was cooked very good, but for the pricing point I think I should have been wowed by it. We've eaten at several other restaurants with this pricing and had a better meal. The wine was delicious I was glad they had a sweet wine to choose. Our other meal was salmon it was good, but again nothing that knocked my socks off. I would definitely dine here again with the superior service looking for a nice place to eat, but I might look somewhere else if I am looking for better food."

"Unfortunately they were out of the Lobster Roll, the very reason we went to this restaurant. I was not informed of this until after we ordered drinks and appetizers. I feel we should have been informed upon receiving menus to order. Also tables are very close together and you can hear quite clearly the conversations next to you, some of which are very rude and inappropriate not including the profanity!"

"Last minute reservation for our party of ladies who had just met at a conference. The environment was inviting, service was excellent and personalized to our group. Our server was professional and fun tailoring her service to meet our personalities. Food was as expected…delicious and perfect. I had the sea bass. The salmon Oscar was phenom. But my favorite had to be the crème brûlé…. So yummy perfect way to end our late dinner and eve. Looks forward to returning at next visit"

"Yesterday was our first time eating at Ferraro‘s. I am happy to say it will not be our last time. From the start of the experience the wait staff the food the drinks everything was top-notch. Our server Virgilio was extremely knowledgeable about all of the food on the menu. He was able to make very good recommendations to us and was extremely personable making you feel like family. He is also the person to talk to if you’re interested in the old Las Vegas.The chef Mimmo comes into the dining room and visits with all of the customers. The homemade pasta is truly delicious and when I mentioned to the chef that I was sorry I couldn’t order the gnocchi in addition to the meal that I did order, he sent out a plate of gnocchi for my husband and I to enjoy. They were the lightest and most delicious gnocchi I ever had truly melted in your mouth. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes delicious Italian food."
