"Normally I love Ono Hawaiian BBQ, we get it as a special treat when we come out of town so it was my first time at this specific location. I was very disappointed with our food today. The meat was really fatty, the portions were really small, customer service was subpar, we asked for napkins cause they keep them behind the counter, he gave us two lol. Won't be coming back to this location."

I almost choked on this hard piece of plastic that was in my salad. Never returning to the place again! This completely ruined my appetite. I don't even want to eat the rest of my food now if I gotta worry about it having pieces of plastic like this! Sucks I paid about 15 bucks for this meal too

Walked in, only 1 person in line ahead of me. After I ordered went and got the Katsu and Terriyaki sauces as well as my drink. Waited about 5 minutes for my order. I ordered the Seafood Combo which comes with 2 pieces of fried fish, 2 Fried Shrimp and BBQ Chicken along with steamed white rice and the infamous macaroni salad, as well as cabbage and broccoli. Food was hot off the grill.
